Recreational & Competitive Camps
RECREATIONAL CAMPS - The LJYSL Recreational Camps are designed for all recreational players (ages 5-12) to work on their technical ability in a fun atmosphere. Players will go over mechanics of individual skills, then work the skills into small sided game situations and the camps are expertly delivered by our team of highly qualified professional coaches.
COMPETITIVE CAMPS - The Competitive Camps are comprehensive training sessions specifically tailored to enhance the development of competitive level soccer players (age groups 2017-2006). The camp has a high emphasis on individual skills and techniques and is expertly delivered by our team of highly qualified professional coaches.
GIRL POWER CAMP - Girl Power camp is just what it sounds like, a camp created for and by females. This camp is for female players of all mixed abilities. Players who want to learn the technical and tactical aspects in a functional game situation format as well as mental health, leadership skills, and confidence concepts. The morning sessions will be packed with skills, drills and functional game activities. The afternoon sessions will be all about learning the necessary tools to help build self confidence, self awareness, and self belief. Athletes will take part in the first annual La Jolla soccer, the Leader-SHE Academy. Staff will include our very own La Jolla Impact coaches, current/former college players, and current/former professional players. Since the Olympics kick off that same week, the theme will be the Olympics. We will have some exciting and fun activities, speakers, and so much more...
FRIDAY SCHOOTING CLINICS - Join Directors Marcos Gonzales and Austin Mobley at our Friday night finishing clinics. The clinics will focus on all aspects of goal scoring and are designed to build player confidence in the “final third” of play. All while having FUN working on this exciting part of the game. Clinics are for Boys and Girls born between 2010 – 2017 and open to Impact and Non-Impact Players (including recreational level players)
